Ms. Li’s practice areas are investment funds, banking and finance, family law and wealth management. In the area of investment funds, Ms. Li has served more than 30 private equity institutions such as CDB (Hubei) Investment, Fiberhome Singularity, East Lake Zero Degree, Chunxin Capital, Chuchang Fund, and Hongtai Tianrui, and represented many state-owned, listed companies, and private equity institutions with securities firm backgrounds in their outward investment matters, post-investment management matters, fund-related litigations, and other legal matters. Ms. Li has been invited several times by financial supervision departments, fund industry associations, and fund incubations that base in Hubei Province to serve as competition judges and expert consultants. Especially in fund compliance, Ms. Li has successively assisted several local financial bureaus in the supervision and management of private funds, represented several district government departments in their special operations on supervision and disposing of illegal private funds and pseudo-private funds. The total amount involved in the cases handled by Ms. Li exceeds 10 billion RMB and she has a thorough understanding of the basic principles and specific requirements of private fund supervision. In the area of Banking and Finance, Ms. Li has successively provided special legal services for policy banks in the financing of various infrastructure and industrial park construction projects. In the area of family services and wealth management, Ms. Li is good at providing comprehensive solutions for family disputes of high-net-worth individuals by applying knowledge of finance, insurance and capital market.
