Mr. Chen has more than 10 years of practice experience in his major practice areas, including special assets, restructuring & insolvency, dispute resolution and so on. Since 2011, Mr. Chen has served as the lead lawyer of the bankruptcy team, and he has successfully handled numerous complex cases involving liquidation and reorganization. The types of companies involve large private companies and state-owned enterprises, and the industries involve real estate, culture and entertainment, manufacturing, etc. In addition, Mr. Chen also acted as the agent of the debtor, and provided legal services for the debtor's bankruptcy liquidation petition. As the agent of the debtor, Mr. Chen successfully represented the first case of financial institution bankruptcy liquidation accepted by Shanghai Financial Court.
Mr. Chen has rich experience in litigation/arbitration in Real Estate, Internet and Privately Offered Fund. For a long time, he has acted as an agent for many leading real estate companies, Internet companies and privately offered funds in China, representing their contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, equity investment disputes and other disputes.
